Return Policy for Refunds or Store Credit

GENRAL REFUND POLICY
Factor Equipment accepts returns made within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a REFUND for the purchase price of the product as long as the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for any products after 30 days from purchase.

To make a return:

  1. Call (877) 402-4880 or email us at support@factorequipment.com
  2. Tell us the reason for your return and receive an RA number.
  3. Package your return and include your Name, Email and RA Number.
    Returned items in marked or damaged boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process.
  4. Ship your return package to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, if you are approved or not, and, if approved, the amount that was REFUNDED to your credit card. Credit Card REFUNDS can take 5-7 days to appear on your statement.


30 DAY BUY AND TRY POLICY
In addition to our GENERAL REFUND POLICY we offer a 30 DAY BUY AND TRY OFFER. Use the product as you normally would, and if you just do not like it, return it to us for a STORE CREDIT of your purchase amount good toward any other Factor Equipment product. The difference between the 30 DAY BUY AND TRY compared to our GENERAL REDUND POLICY is a STORE CREDIT vs. a REFUND, and USED vs. UNUSED.

Excessive abuse or damage, at the discretion of Factor Equipment, will not be eligible under this policy.

To return an item under this policy:

  1. Call (877) 402-4880, Email us at support@factorequipment.com, or Select the NOT HAPPY? link https://www.factorequipment.com/30-day-buy-try/ and fill out/submit the form.
  2. Tell us the reason for your return and receive an RA number.
  3. Package your return and include your Name, Email and RA Number.
